Maintenance Manager Part-Time (Seville)

We're looking for a Maintenance Manager for our Hostel in Sevilla center.

You will be responsible for operating and maintaining a viable and effective maintenance program:

- Completion of the maintenance checklist and complete minor repair works to maintain the hostel and keep quality.
- Checking electrical systems and making minor repairs and/ or replacement.
- Checking and making minor repairs on general plumbing systems and fixtures such as pipe lines, toilets and sinks, kitchen and laundry equipment.
- Refurbishing and painting furniture according to necessities
- Responding quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner. Following up to ensure guest satisfaction.

- A good attention to details
- Good time and project management skills
- Be approachable to staff & member
- Somebody who enjoys fixing, maintaining and servicing
- Previous Building Services & Maintenance experience will be a plus.
