Hostel Manager (Sevilla)

We are looking for an experienced and motivated person, with proven Hostel Management experience, to join the current team and fulfill the role as Manager for a backpackers´hostel in Sevilla.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Team building and leading, and efficient staff management
- General management tasks 
- Reception support, bookings control and follow ups 
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Ensure internal company policies
- Budget control 
- Building maintenance control 
- Organisation of social events within the hostel 

The ideal candidate

- Somebody who can lead and motivate the team
- Excellent organisation skills
- Able to work independently
- Flexible with schedules
- Fluent English and Spanish is a must, other European languages are a plus 
- Working papers ready to start in busy hostel (EU passport is a must)
