We rent a duplex-Holiday Apartment with a lot of charm, on the lower floor of an old convent-school of the order of the Carmelites Nones. It has been completely renovated in October 2009.

The apartment counts with 1 sofa-bed, 2 individual beds, desk with laptop and WIFI or wire Internet connexion, 1 bathroom, 1 WC, “American kitchen”.

All the furnishing and equipment is provided and brand new (centralized air conditioning, plasma TV, DVD, washing-machine…)

This Duplex is situated in the heart of Seville, in the street San Isidoro, possibly the oldest street in Seville today, dating from the times of the Tartessons. Without doubt, this part of the city is impregnated with what is considered the soul of Seville, among the most popular bars of Santa Cruz and Alfalfa. Despite being in the heart of a bustling city, the apatment and its surroundings are quiet and tranquil.
